Nestasia is seeking a Content Writing Associate based in Kolkata to help us in creating copy for blogs

as well as writing website content that is centred around the customer. To also carry out end to end

uploads of products on the website through bulk upload files, write social media copy and on-page,

off-page SEO.

Responsibilities

• To write and check product descriptions for the website

• To write captions for social media posts

• To research and carry out blog content creation

• To create upload files for bulk product uploads on the website

• To research titles and keywords through Google keyword research tools

• To co-ordinate with the graphics and media team to carry out bulk uploads on the website and

add relevant tags to listings

• To manage listings and on-page SEO for the brand

• To carry out off-page SEO activities

Requirements (essential)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English (oral & written)

• Self-motivated to work in a start-up environment

Photography and Videography Associate

Job Description (Full Time)

Nestasia is seeking a Photography and Videography Associate for Content Creation based in Kolkata

to carry out and assist in product photography, styled shoots, product videos and editing for website

and social media.

Responsibilities

• To do product shoots for new products on the website using a DSLR

• To do styled shoots for social media and blog posts

• To shoot videos for social platforms

• To edit photos & videos on software like Photoshop/Lightroom, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro

• Adding images of products on the website

• Create Graphics on software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. (like catalogues, contest

alerts, promotions, cover pages, banners, etc. for the website and social)

• To assist in brainstorming shoot ideas and styling shoots (preparing props for the shoot, unboxing

products, setting up for shoots etc.)

• Working knowledge of google drive and excel sheets to organise and plan shoots

Requirements (essential)

• Bachelor’s degree with Photography/Videography

• Photo/Video Editing Software knowledge (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc)

Customer Communications Associate

Job Description

Nestasia is seeking a Customer Communications Associate based in Kolkata to help us in being the

bridge between the customers and the business. The key responsibilities include resolving all customer

queries and providing recommendations to customers to get sales

• To answer Whatsapp chats of potential customers who reach out through the website

• To reach out to customers through calls for abandoned carts and get conversions

• To resolve customer queries, concerns and issues on WA chats, calls and social media

• To place orders through the website software on behalf of customers

• To gather customer validation through reviews (Facebook, Google, etc. )

• To speak to customers about order confirmation, delivery delays and tracking

• To build relationships with customers through active engagement, provide recommendations and

be the spokesperson of the brand (develop in-depth knowledge of the website to carry out the

above)

• To liaise with the delivery partner to ensure timely delivery and RTO prevention

• To manage B2B order requests with potential customers

• To meticulously track issues on google docs and strive to resolve them
