Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual with excellent communication,

interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Location: Delhi NCR

KRAs:

● Manage all aspects of the artist’s schedules and engagements (prepare accommodation, travel, and other

plans for in/out of town performances)

● Manage live shows for the artist end to end (from locking the show to pack-up)

● Deal with artist & client negotiations, locking contracts and closing deals

● Manage promotion and marketing of albums, videos, shows etc. (including presence on social media,

tracking deliverables.)

● Competition Tracking and being updated with Industry Trends

● Have the HUSTLE to reach out within your network to create opportunities for the talent you represent

● Be accountable and take the onus of shaping the artist’s career

Who can apply?

● Graduate in any discipline. Relevant experience in related fields would be given preference.

● Candidates who can join June-July onwards

Skill Set:

● Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

● Have basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel is a priority)

● Excellent Writing, Communication & Interpersonal Skills

● Creative problem solving and fast decision making

● Business and Financial Management Skills
