Internship Details

Positions Available for the Internship:

• Campus Ambassador

• Marketing / Business Development

• Social Media Marketing (Should be skilled in content creation)

• Market Analyst

• Human Resource (HR)

Eligibility: UG and PG students are encouraged to apply for the positions. Relevant skills

would be given weightage.

Stipend: Performance based and will range between 5k-10k.

Internship Mode: Virtual Internship

Internship Duration: 1- 6 Months (Internship with Pre-Placement Offer)

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential customers in the Education sector, such as education institutions,

training centres, etc. You will have full control of the entire sales cycle from lead generation

to closing the deal.

Role 1 - Campus Ambassador

• Market research to identify the target market for the products

• Impact Students by connecting them to TalentServe

• Conduct awareness campaigns in your circles

• Help our social media profiles grow

Role 2 - Social Media Marketing/Market Analyst

• Research and market company’s products and services across the social media in the

best way possible

• Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media

purposes

Role 3 - Human Resource

• Sourcing, profiling, referencing and approaching potential candidates via college

campus, references, Social media etc.

• Building Industry and Campus Relations by collaborating with Campus Ambassador,

Promote Company, Brand Company etc

Role 4 - Marketing/Business Development

• Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends in the EdTech Industry

• Manage client discovery and establish first connect

Requirements:

• Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of respective local

language will be preferred

• Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate

• Strong ownership attitude & should be able to take responsibility or the role

Loves numbers, targets KRAs, Go Getter Attitude

• Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.

• Passionate about education

• Strong attention to detail and qualitative deliver work

• Should be aware of start-ups culture, think outside box
