Role: Associate Subject matter Expert

Year of passout :2021

Job Requirement:

● Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in: Chosen subject.

● Expert in problem solving (questions/exercises) both from textbooks and other homework applications in a detailed step by step manner for various levels of complexity. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

● QC (Quality Control) & review of detailed solutions (already developed by other Subject Matter Experts).

● Provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language (English usage, appropriate sentence structure) and overall quality of the Solution Content for use by students.

● Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.

● Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Qualifications: Final year 2021 batch

 MCA, BSc/MSc, B.Com, M.Com, BBM/MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited college.

Experience:

Preferably experienced as SME, Author, Accounts or Finance professionals, Teacher, Online Teacher or Tutor for international students, University or Publications, specifically for the Higher Ed. (Graduate & Post Graduate level).

Compensation:  Rs.4.5L to 5 L+ upto 5% of the ctc as performance  bonus+Med insurance +gratuity+Free Lunch

Process: completely online.  Written test(subjective)+3 rounds of personal interview(zoom)

Mode of work: currently WFH and after the covid phase work from office, Bangalore.
