Technical Writer / Instructional Designer:   Candidates should be able to analyse the content well and identify gaps in the information. UX Designer:   Candidates should have the ability to combine UX thinking with design execution and should be fluent in user centre design best practices. They should have the ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion along with proficiency in industry tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Figma and Powerpoint.   Eligible Streams Hiring Process Compensation (INR) Registration Link 2022 batch of students pursuing a 4-year bachelor’s degree in design or post-graduation in design Round 1: Online Registration Round 2: Design based MCQ Assessment Round 3: Virtual one-on-one interview followed by a Design Problem statement defence for the selected candidates.
