Required: The final year 2022 batch COP - HRM


Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Strategizing the long / short term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirements for laterals and designing plans for hiring resources with requisite skills and competencies. 

2. Work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus that meets our clients' expectations. 

3. Conduct interview preparations, present offers and assist in on-boarding candidates. 

4. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 

5. Develop recruiting strategies to determine the best outcome utilizing the existing resource pool 


Skills Required: 

1. Good to excellent communication skills 

2. Strong recruiting fundamentals in both IT and Non IT profiles 

3. Strong technology understanding. 4. Ability to learn quickly and a fast learner


CTC: Rs.3/- lacs pa

Interview: February 15, 2022 (tentative)
