 Following are the steps to join the webinar on either your laptop/PC or mobile phone.  

  

Steps to join Microsoft Teams Meeting on PC/Laptop:  

   

Step 1 – Open the Webinar mailer by Microsoft Teams on either one of the web browsers- Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer.   

Step 2 – Click on the Gandhi Fellowship Webinar link   

Step 3 – After clicking on the button, a new page will appear with two options- either to join through the URL link or join through downloading the Microsoft Teams application.   

       Step 4 – If you wish to join through the URL link then click on the button mentioned as ‘Open URL:msteams’. Post that clicks on the button named ‘Continue on this browser.'   

Step 5 – If you wish to join through a Microsoft Teams application then click on the cancel button on the pop-up and after that click on the button named as ‘Download the Windows app’.   

Step 6 – Join the Teams call without audio or video by clicking on the button named as ‘Continue without audio or video’.   

Step 7 – Enter your name and click on ‘Join Now’.   

   

Steps to join Microsoft Teams Meeting on Mobile:   

  

Step 1 – Open the Webinar mailer by Microsoft Teams on your email ID.   

Step 2 – Click on the webinar link or ‘Join Conversation’ to join the webinar’.   

       Step 3 - You can join the meeting on your mobile by downloading the  ‘Microsoft Teams’ application by downloading the same from Apply iOS/Google Play store.   

Step 4 – Download your application and open the downloaded version of  ‘Microsoft Teams’      

Step 5 – Click on the ‘Join Meeting’ button to enter the webinar.   

Step 6 – Enter your name and click on ‘Join Meeting’   

Step 7 – Wait in the lobby for the convener of the webinar to approve your entrance.
