Manager - Alliances & Partnerships Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive Manager - Alliances & Partnerships with demonstrated networking capabilities to promote CASAMED, digital pain management mobile platform. Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.
The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.
To be successful as a Manager, Alliances & Partnerships, you should be able to demonstrate excellent networking skills and build rapport with potential partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promoting CASAMED application to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals for recommendation to patients.
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
Scheduling appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals to promote CASAMED Application.
Developing an in-depth understanding of CASAMED Application features.
Preparing presentations for potential partners.
Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
Researching competitor’s applications and their respective market performances.
Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
Skill Requirements:
You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus
