  • Designation - Product Consultant
  • Job Location - Gurugram (Work from Office for the initial 3 months and then the Hybrid model)
  • Bond Duration - 18 months

Job Role:
  • Work closely with Product Consultants and Managers to understand company's product and it's offerings
  • Participate actively with seniors in product demos to understand the processes
  • Product demonstration to customers and onboard new customer accounts
  • Assist new customers with activation and setup
  • Provide sales and technical assistance to customers
  • Provide training (phone call, Zoom meeting, GoToMeeting, written documentation etc.) to new and existing customers on different aspects of our software
  • Identify customers experiencing related issues or requests that are not resolved to the client’s satisfaction and report it to seniors
  • Build strong rapport with customers

Must-Have Skills:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Understanding about sales and marketing concepts
  • Should be able to take initiatives and be involved in the process
  • Ability to learn quickly and be tech-savvy
  • Available to work in any shift
  • Prior internship experience with SaaS / Product Company is a plus
  • Prior training experience in giving Demos to customer is a plus
