- Job Location - Gurugram (Work from Office for the initial 3 months and then the Hybrid model)

Job Role:
- Work closely with Product Consultants and Managers to understand company's product and it's offerings
- Participate actively with seniors in product demos to understand the processes
- Product demonstration to customers and onboard new customer accounts
- Assist new customers with activation and setup
- Provide sales and technical assistance to customers
- Provide training (phone call, Zoom meeting, GoToMeeting, written documentation etc.) to new and existing customers on different aspects of our software
- Identify customers experiencing related issues or requests that are not resolved to the client’s satisfaction and report it to seniors
- Build strong rapport with customers
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding about sales and marketing concepts
- Should be able to take initiatives and be involved in the process
- Ability to learn quickly and be tech-savvy
- Available to work in any shift
- Prior internship experience with SaaS / Product Company is a plus
- Prior training experience in giving Demos to customer is a plus
