EdTech Start-up Business Trainee Intern Palo Alto, California, USA Location: Remote/Hyderabad Duration:  ● Full-time: As per college schedule. Selected interns must be available for at least an 8-week period, preferably 12 weeks. Who are we? We are an early stage EdTech start-up operating in the K-12 segment in the US. Our founder has an MBA from Stanford GSB and has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience. We are a self-funded team of smart, driven and humble individuals who want to make online learning experience meaningful. The pandemic has opened up the consumer edtech market in the US, and virtual learning is here to stay. We work hard, and then harder when it is needed Requirements: ● Second-year or final year students of undergraduate programs (OR) First year or final year students of graduate MBA programs - are eligible to apply for full-time  ● Interest or curiosity in start-ups, education or how children learn ● Extremely curious and hungry for learning ● Get things done with a self-starter attitude ● Entrepreneurial, practical and proactive mindset ● Commitment to work 5 days a week and dedication to successfully deliver What you will do: ● Work in close collaboration with the founding team being responsible for strategy, operations, marketing, recruitment and research ● Comprehensive research analysis of the edtech market ● Understanding and ideating effective marketing strategies ● Adopt a test-and-reset approach to incorporate feedback into company strategy ● Help operational execution to drive product growth ● Research pedagogical tools, learning outcomes and their measurement What we offer: ● Kind and respectful work environment ● Chance to create something meaningful for thousands of children ● Opportunity to play a role in building the company from an early stage ● Opportunity to work remotely ● A fast-paced environment where you’ll be stretched and challenged daily
