Brief Description of the Organization:

Xpert is an Advertising Platform for digital first brands. We leverage transaction & interest data across users to help brands better target prospects via channels like email, whatsapp & third party apps ( Hotstar, Spotify, Inshorts etc.)

We’re building an alternate Ad ecosystem (outside of Google & Facebook), that is powered with data received from ecommerce merchants, ecomm enablers (logistics, payments) & content based apps. Leveraging this data across sources, we build out unified customer profiles of users which are then targeted across new channels.

We work closely with brands, to help them structure their Ad content & optimize their campaigns across channels. In our endeavor to better educate our customers, we even run expert led workshops around marketing and growth challenges via zoom. Our Founding team shares past experiences at Microsoft, Wharton, Stanford & releaseMyAd.

Job Description:

We’re looking for passionate, aspiring individuals to join our core founding team. In fact, if you ever dream of becoming an entrepreneur, this is the best role to understand what it takes. 

This will be a cross functional role, requiring you to work with our product, development & research teams. We will be seeking traits around high ownership, ability to operate with independence, Astute problem solving skills but have the ability to make decisions in uncertainty and most critically, have high bias for action with a high speed of experimentation.

You will be assigned varied projects which are on our priority list to directly undertake and work on. These could be falling under :

● Content Marketing: Creating educational content in the form of podcasts, blogs, emails, social media, etc leveraging our expert sessions & knowledge base.

● Ad Campaign Management :Working closely with our clients to set up their digital campaigns, optimize basis their objectives & track results.

● LIVE Program Management: Coordinate and manage our D2C Growth Program Cohort, where founders join in as students to learn from top marketing experts.

Individuals ready to commit at least 1 - 2 years can apply

● Full Time salary: 25,000/- per month.
