The Wedding Story' is based out of Andheri West, Mumbai. We are one of India's leading wedding photographers and filmmakers and are known for covering some of the best weddings in India & across the globe (Some of our clients include Bipasha Basu, Gauahar Khan, Krunal Pandya & Yuzvendra Chahal). We are currently looking for an artistic &  passionate individual with a great eye for aesthetics. The job role would involve (but not be limited to) artistic image layouts, graphic & social media designing, website designing etc. The key qualities that we would be looking for are a zeal for art, desire to learn coupled with consistency and hard work. Experience might be a good add on, but is not a qualifying condition. I am attaching a detailed Job Description in the PDF below.

As per your website, I feel that students who have completed their BA Film Studies / BSC Mass Comm & Videography / Mass Comm & Public Relations (MCP), Multimedia will be a great fit.

CTC : 3.5 to 4.5 LPA depending upon skillset & aptitude.

Position: Associate Visual Designer

We are looking for a talented visual designer to enhance our portfolio with aesthetic & eye-catching graphic designs.

Associate Visual Designer Responsibilities :

• Integrating fine arts with wedding photos & films.

• Consulting with the Creative Director and determining visual design preferences for blogs, social media posts, website content etc.

• Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and fonts

• Enhancing digital images, including the application of grading presets

• Working with the creative team for feedback and editing designs, when required.

• Taking an active part in creative wedding film edits, color grading & social media posts.

Associate Visual Designer Skillset :

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, visual arts, applied arts, fine arts or similar.

• Relevant experience will be a good add-on, but isn’t a necessity.

• Keen eye for detail and consistency in design.

• Basic knowledge of visual design softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom will be preferred.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing softwares like Final Cut Pro/Da Vinci Resolve/Adobe Premeir Pro will be preferred

The most important quality that we shall be looking for in the candidate is a passion for art, zeal to learn & the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
