Job Description: Revenue Assurance, Cyber Security & Risk Transformation

Required: Final Year 2019 batch B.Sc Computer Sc

 About EY Role: You would be responsible for executing client engagements under supervision and guidance of your seniors. This means you would be playing a key role in teams: conducting client interviews, understanding the client’s environment, working on the deliverables (reports/work papers) and helping to draft recommendations. In this role you would be required to be inquisitive, analytical, ambitious and great at working with people. You'll need to be a good team player and demonstrate the potential to become a future business leader. You'll need to be prepared to challenge us, to act on your own initiative and to make an impact on our teams and clients from day one. Ideal Candidates would need to have:

Responsibilities: ► Consistently delivering quality client services. Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. ► Leveraging internal and external resources to gain an understanding of the client, its business, and areas under review before executing engagement procedures. ► Proactively participating in meetings with client personnel to understand the current state of business and in scope IT processes and procedures. ► Ensuring high quality in client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status, and managing staff performance. ► Communicate issues to the engagement team through written correspondence and verbal presentations. ► Collaborating with members of the engagement team to plan engagements and develop work programs, risk assessments, and planning documents. ► Taking responsibility for tasks, including consistent review of own work to identify and improve on approach for producing high quality work products, while working under supervision. ► Contributing to the growth of the concerning service line and building your professional brand. ► Continuously striving towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments. ► Attending L&D programs and exhibit through knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes. ► Exhibiting initiative and participate in corporate social and team events

Job Description: Risk/Internal Audit

Required: Final Year 2019 batch B.Com / BBA - Finance, Economics

integrated risk and control environment through the following solution categories:

1. Internal Audit: Management, audit committees and boards of directors rely on internal
audit (IA) to provide assessments and assurance around the effectiveness of controls
and company processes. We help our clients in co-sourcing and out-sourcing of internal
audits that can help strategically assess, remediate and improve control issues
identified, while also elevating the profile of internal audit in identifying and addressing
complex emerging risk areas.
2. Risk Assurance: Risk Assurance covers all risk services where EY is providing independent
assurance and the preparation towards assurance to our clients to build confidence and
trust with their customers, the general market/public, key stakeholders or when
regulatory (by law or oversight) or contractually required.
3. Risk Transformation: “Can risks be transformed into opportunities...”. Organizations
today are challenged with managing a rapidly-changing risk landscape including market
volatility, geopolitical crises, wide-spread economic changes, regulatory reforms, and
cyber threats. While this creates many challenges for organizations, it also presents an
opportunity to take advantage of the potential of risk.
4. Financial Services Risk Management: We serve as a leading provider of integrated risk
management and regulatory services to the banking and capital markets, insurance,
asset management, energy and corporate treasure sectors.

Your Role:
► Responsible for effectively engaging with clients and executing engagements (as detailed
out below) under the supervision of Seniors and Managers
- Client Engagements primarily in the areas of Business Risk services like Internal audit,
Enterprise Risk management, Compliance risk and regulatory services, Internal
controls , Contract Risk Services, Business Process Management and other related
solutions
► Drive innovation in service delivery; ensure delivery is in line with firm’s Quality and Risk
management requirements/expectations
► Assist Seniors and Managers with business development proposals on existing / new
clients
► Assist Seniors and Managers in developing/refreshing methodologies related to our
existing/new solutions
► Contribute to various firm wide initiatives like learning and development (L&D)
programmes, campus recruitment, knowledge sharing, practice development and growth
under guidance of Managers
► Take up project execution responsibility in a team or individually as per requirements and
work plan
► Review work done by sub-ordinates (if any) and provide qualitative inputs before
submission of deliverables to seniors/client (as the case may be)
► Sensitive towards EY code of conduct, values and quality standards

Responsibilities:
► Continuously strive towards achieving goals agreed upon with Manager
► Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly
complex assignments
► Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and
contribute to thought leadership documents
► Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member - deliver quality
output within assigned timelines
► Ensure discipline to work and productivity of self and reporting subordinates ; promotes
positive working environment within a team
► Attend L&D programs and exhibit knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting
attributes.
► Keep abreast with developments in business related areas and assist team
leaders/managers in preparing client decks/documents.
► Sector focus (basic understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges & key players)
based on the industry group alignment.
► Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events
► Exhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures / sectors and display agility and diversity
► Demonstrate capability of being a ‘quick learner’ of business processes, models, EY
methodologies with an analytical bend of mind
► Display a structured thought process and problem solving skills. Ability to do problem break
down and analysis
