We are looking for suitable candidates for fresher / 3rd-year interns in Graphics Designing and Human Resource Management with the following job description.
Job description :
1. Graphics Designing :
Can work on Photoshop CS, Illustrator, CorelDraw and After Effects (preferred)
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software/wireframe by hand when required
Using appropriate color and layouts for each graphic
Work with team and to produce final design
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
2. Human Resource :
COP: HRM
Design Organization Chart, Job Description, role of Employees
Involve in the procedure of designing KRA, KPI (Performance Management) of employees
Maintain Recruitment cycle and Employee induction & Exit procedure using HRMS Software
Designing HR policies and rules under the guidance of Senior Management
Preparation of Training Calendar as per the guidelines and Training evaluation sheet.
MIS preparation for different areas in HR including statutory area.
Regarding stipend/salary amount we have already discussed earlier.
However a tentative stipend figure we can share which is upto 10,000/- pm (max)
depending upon the merit, stream and whether the candidate is intern, fresher
/with experience (up to 20,000/-).
