What will you do:

➔ work closely with the founding team & structure recruiting processes

➔ be the ambassadors of Propacity’s culture & look for individuals who embody it

➔ reach out to the best of the best talent & own all campus hiring communications

➔ prepare, update & maintain Human Resource strategies, policies, & procedures

➔ stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment strategies and their benefits

➔ recommend the best human resources practice and business methods

➔ learn what drives employee engagement & foster smooth communication

➔ participate in organizing company events & starting new traditions
