Position: Financial Advisor
Job Description: Managing financial portfolios of clients. Would be responsible for selling demat accounts, mutual funds, insurance. Would be advising clients on asset allocation based on their risk appetite. Ensure that the client sticks to his financial goals and help them achieve financial freedom.
Student's background: Need freshers. Anyone who has passed 12th standard is eligible for the role. Preferably students who are pursuing B.Com, BBA, Economics Honours etc.
Recruitment process: They would 1st need to take up IRDA exam for life and health insurance which will be done by the companies with which I am associated with namely HDFC Life and Max Bupa. Once they become authorised agents, they will be able to sell demat accounts, mutual funds and insurance. I would be interviewing them one by one (at least 10 students a day- You may send them in groups also) and if found suitable will make them a part of my team. It would be an entrepreneurial role, so anyone found having the skills to scale up will become a part of my team immediately.
