About this Role:
This position requires the candidate to identify new connections in target companies, pitching customized solutions to corporates, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. The role will give you the opportunity to build a function from the ground up and work in an early age growing start-up. Also gives a chance to build a new product every 3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Researching organizations to identify new leads within the identified target companies.
- Plan and execute new ways and hooks to reach out to corporates.
- Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Meeting with first level connects in identified target companies
- Identify broad level requirements for as per client needs
- Provide relevant inputs to create solutions & proposals
- Rigorous follow-up with potential customers
- Coordinate with the end-to-end hiring process of the client.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong Communication skills
- Proactive nature and a get things done attitude
- Must have a strong understanding of the B2B market.
- Have done internships if you are a Fresher
Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience

CTC Offered: 3LPA - 4.2LPA (Fixed + Variable)
