Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing eye-catching creative for product and branding objectives. This position requires an expert in layout, typography, color and animation who can create complex design systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to influence the audience’s emotions and drive action through the use of motion, language and aesthetics.

Role & Responsibilities

 Design and build visual design concepts: mood boards, mock-ups, screens and motion graphic packages

 Utilize conceptual and motion design skills to bring ideas to life

 Use strategic experience to recognize structure, look and feel for specific project.

 Coordinate with relevant team(s) on integrating product features into visual designs

 Stay up to date with production toolset and technologies Scope of work

 Managing Facebook page creative including but not limited to motion cards for promotional videos, motion posters, announcement motion graphics and GIFs.

 Managing creative outputs for YouTube and other platforms.

Essential Requirements

 Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on After Effects would be preferred.

 Creative in ideating content whilst maintaining tight deadlines

 Experience in the digital workflow, including codecs, image types, resolutions and frame rates and staying ahead of changing technology is highly preferred.

 Knowledge of 3D is an added advantage.

Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will take the lead on setting the visual standard for SVF / Hoichoi and apply web expertise, design aesthetic, typography skills and acute attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

 Design and execute pixel-perfect multi-platform marketing collaterals for web and print, including graphics for websites, e-mailers, online banners, brand & product illustrations, logos, pamphlets, catalogues, brochures, event, print and online advertising formats, bill boards, direct mailers, etc.

 Build and maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualizing, design, layout and illustration for a variety of traditional, online and mobile media.

 Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, innovative visuals, effectively overseeing projects start to end including on-time delivery.

 Proven expertise in editing & re-touching photographs / artwork for use in creatives as per brief provided.

 Work collaboratively and cohesively with a team of copywriters, designers and art director(s).

 Work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative department and production team on a variety of projects

 In-depth understanding of site functionality, wire framing, prototyping interfaces, web standards and a passion for experimentation.

 Drive the design of innovative ideas, products and services for Hoichoi.

Qualifications:

 Experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. and a strong understanding of web design principles would be preferred.

 Creative and experienced in integrating campaigns in the digital landscape.

About the role

We are looking for experienced and creative Video Editors to join our team!

Responsibilities:

 Performing video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.

 Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, innovative videos, effectively overseeing projects from start to end including on-time delivery.

 Work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative department and production team on a variety of projects

 Ensure correct formatting and presentation of finalized videos

 Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree is required

 Knowledge of editing and audio mixing with a focus on packaging.

 Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs (e.g. Da Vinci Resolve, Premiere Cut Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)

 Understanding of web codecs and nuances of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube videos

 Creative bent of mind and storytelling skills

 Ability to multitask and work on various projects simultaneously

About the role

We are looking for social media enthusiasts skilled at handling social media platforms, passionate about movies and addicted to online content.

Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day operations including conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, coordinating with the creative team, writing editorial copy, planning promotions & contests, etc.

 Manage SVF and hoichoi's presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

 Actively collaborate with the Marketing, PR & Category management teams to strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns.

 Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

 Undertake social media research to gain deeper insight into online conversations related to Bengali media & entertainment industry.

Qualifications:

 Relevant experience in social media would be preferred.

 Excellent verbal and written skills(Proficiency in Bengali is a must)

 Passion for Bengali entertainment and interest in content will surely keep you in good stead

 Knowledge of blogging ecosystem

 Passion for writing and an eye for creative detail

 In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.

 Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, and proactively conceptualize campaigns.
