We are a team that is maniacally customer obsessed & building products that consumers love. The plumber in chief, Subramanya Sharma (Subba), was recently CPO & CMO @ Cleartrip helping build one of the most loved consumer companies in the region. He was also instrumental in taking Cleartrip global (8 countries) & creating global high quality products in an increasingly flat world. About the role
● As an initial member of the customer success and operations team, you'll be expected to setup repeatable processes and helping us scale the function as we grow
● High empathy towards customer problems while catering to customer requirements.
● Deliver a 11* customer experience on all touchpoints.
● Handle both pre-purchase & post purchase interaction with the customers
● Partner with the product team to enable ground level learnings and ensure that customer interests are met.
What are we looking for?
● Excellent Leadership Skills through extracurricular activities and strong academic track record
● Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and multitask items.
● Excellent customer relationship management skills
● Perennial Curiosity to learn and execute new things
● Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different customers.
● You are a self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn’t need a lot of oversight.
● You nurture customer relationships and don't view them as transactional emails/calls.
● You are somebody who shares the same ethos.
Bonus
● You've an interest in education & kids.
● You have interests outside work, in art, music or any performing art.
