 Mrida Education and Welfare Society is expanding the team and looking for eligible freshers to join the team in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh for operations. Our grassroots-led intervention programs help increase education, income, and health for children from tribal communities in rural regions. We work to develop vocational, career, and skills training to empower middle grade and high school students to build a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Job description:

Designation: Project Executive ( Positions:3)

Educational Qualification: Fresher BA / MA / B.Sc / M.Sc from education institutions affiliated to Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi University.

Location: Mohgaon, Mandla, Madhya Pradesh

Competencies:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

2. Entrepreneurial with a bent for trying out new ideas to disrupt rural and development

3. Highly organized, self-motivated and action-oriented

4. Good understanding of social media and visual tools

Roles and Responsibilities; 

Overall implementation, management and documentation of the projects related to formal education, agroforestry, sports

You will be directly reporting to the Programme Coordinator/ President of Mrida on a daily basis.

You are expected to travel for field visits al teast 50 % of the time. 

You will be placed at Mohgaon, Mandla as the base and locals fulfilling our criterias will be preferred. 

Freshers having past experience of volunteering/ internship at college level with non profits would be desirable 

Salary: Up to Rs.25,000 per month for the candidates matching our expectations.
