DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Building financial models & presentations to raise funds
● Working capital management for manufacturing
● Maintaining burn rates & allocating budgets to different departments
● Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
● Conduct periodical audits to ensure the efficient utilization of funds
● Maintaining financial statements and updating the financial plans from time-to-time
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Familiarity with financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (excel)
● Both verbal and writing abilities have to be tapped in this role.
● Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues.
● Strong analytical skills, including the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
● Possess the ability to keep the information strictly confidential.
● Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours.
LOCATION: Gurgaon, Haryana
CTC: Upto 6LPA
