Weekday is a tech recruitment startup backed by Y-Combinator, a venture fund that has backed companies such as Airbnb, Coinbase and many more. Through Weekday, finding software engineers becomes much easier because of the referral tool that we have built. Our referral tool allows other software engineers to vouch for their friends, and earn up to Rs. 1,00,000 if the vouched friend gets hired. We work with more than 50 of the fastest-growing companies in India and the USA such as Tophatter, Vedantu, Daloopa, Zepto and many more.

We are growing faster than ever, and are in dire need of interns to be able to support our core operations. This opportunity would allow interns to explore what it is like to work at the foundational level of a startup, interact with founders on a daily basis, and grow at an immense pace. Our internship program is designed to convert interns into full-time hires, therefore the onus is completely on the intern to perform.
