Responsibilities
· Sourcing candidates from Job Portal/Existing Database/Market Reference/Employee Referral/Employment Exchange/ NGOs in the respective Hubs
· Conducting Campus for upcoming openings.
· Initial screening of resumes as per job role, Candidate coordination
· Assist talent acquisition team for hiring/recruitment.
