Job descriptions - 

1.Career Advisor - Good communication and convincing skills, Should be efficient in handling calls, managing walk-ins, demonstrating right course structure to the candidates and converting them into admission. 

Students background  - Final Year 2018 batch B.Com / BBA / M.Com -  Marketing or Finance

Recruitment Process  -Off-campus

CTC - Rs. 2.16/- lacs pa

2.Research Analyst -candidates should have passion in the field of Finance and should have done CFA L1/L2/L3 or CMT L1/L2/L3 and should have good written and verbal communication skills. His/ her role will be building written/recorded educational training material for e-learning. 

Students background  - Final Year 2018 batch B.Com / BBA - Finance

Recruitment Process  -Off-campus

CTC - initially,  in between 12k to 15k for 3 months, after that he/she will get the confirmation based on the performance and also salary hike.
