1) Educational certificates, Provisional Certificates, Consolidated Statement of Mark, degree Certificates (X, XII, UG, P.G)
2) PAN Card and Aadhar card (you can apply for the same if not available)
3) Proof of residence (could be your driver’s license, electricity bill, ration card etc)
