LocoNav recently completed our Series A fundraiser by Sequoia Capital. Our aim is to transform the Vehicle IOT industry in India and are looking for the right people to join us in this endeavor. We are based out of Gurgaon.

We are bringing together the power of our proprietary technology and wide reach to change India's vehicle landscape. Vehicle owners, Businesses, and Transporters in India are forced to run vehicles with extreme inefficiency and poor security. We're determined to change that. An immediate need is for a Corporate Sales Manger in Kolkata. Ideally, someone who loves the chaotic startup environment and has an ability to break down complex problems.

Location: Kolkata

Position: Corporate Sales Manager

No. of Positions: 1

Required: Graduates across all streams. Batches of 2017 or earlier.

Role Description:

● Solution Building: Giving clear advice on how the service should be designed and planned.
● Strategy and business dialogue: Be able to establish and maintain connection with C-level customer, participate in C-level customer presentations/speeches through high-level forum, project workshop etc.
● Preparing sales pitches and pitching to CXO level audience in corporates.
● Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach
● Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management)
● Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively
● Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell / cross-sell to existing ones.
● The role requires co-ordination with product and operations and with corporate business management teams.

Basic Requirement:

● Large scale operations and Business Development background is preferred.
● Understand the commercial vehicle industry and user behavior. Able to identify, analyze, assess the impact of external and internal trends; produce insights and practical recommendations
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Impact driven: Self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented
● Experience in Business Development in Technology is an added advantage
● Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills
