The process will be divided into 3 stages as follows:
Prerequisite : Students who will be sitting for the process should mandatorily download "Zoom virtual platform" and have a familiarity in using the same.
Stage 1 : Round 1 Evaluation - Group discussion
The List of all the batches (20 students/Batch) along with the slotting time has been shared as attachment .Please ensure all the students are ready and waiting for the process at least 15 minutes prior to the mentioned time slot . Request to share the contact details of 1 coordinator as there will be 1 panelist for the drive. The syntax of the individual zoom naming is as follows - Serial Number -"Full name" . Eg : Sachin hari having serial number as WB1-09 will have a zoom name as WB1-09 - Sachin Hari
Once evaluation of a batch is done , they can continue with their regular campus day as the results will only be shared post the completion of stage 1.
The list of shortlisted candidates along with slotting for Personal interviews will be shared within 1-2 working days post completion of stage 1.
Stage 3 : Personal Interview
The shortlisted students need to be ready and waiting for the process at least 20 minutes prior to the mentioned time slot. The Zoom links will be shared with them on the day of the interview.
The final result will then be shared with the campus within 3-4 days post post Stage 2.
Please find below the Zoom Meeting Credentials for GD 5th July 2021. Kindly join 15 minutes prior to your time slots. Do not forget to rename yourselves on Zoom referring to the attachment in the mail. Every student has his/her individual time, and Zoom Name. If by any chance, you do not rename yourself, you would not get admitted to the meeting for the GD. Please consider this to be one of the most important steps for the drive.
