Role: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai (Currently remote) Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:  You would be in charge of converting Hot/Warm leads to sell our educational courses to customers/parents.  Hot/warm leads are generated after a trial class is conducted with our highly trained teachers.  There is NO cold-calling

 Our conversion rate currently is upwards of 20%.  High performers with excellent communication skills are required Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:  Very Fluent in English

 A flair & eagerness for sales  Degree in B.A., B.Com.,M.Com., MBA

 Exceptional communication skills.  Passion for the education industry Required:  Broadband internet connection 25 mbps.  A good laptop/desktop for conducting classes with mic/speaker or headset.

Salary: ₹3,00,000.00 - ₹4,50,000.00 per year

For interview round you have to prepare a sales pitch for selling the PurpleTutor courses to parents.

parents who have taken a 1 hr Trial/ Demo session with our teachers. The inside salesperson contacts the parents

after the 1-hour trial class with our teacher. They need to convince the parent to buy our courses,

Student Grade: 4

Objective: Sell the course to the parent

Preparation - How would you handle some of the common objections put up by parents? Few are:

1. My kid is very small.

2. I did not like the trial class.

3. My kid wants to try trial classes with other providers.

4. The course is very expensive and I cannot afford it.

5. I do not trust the company.

6. My kid doesn't want to do programming.

7. Why should my kid learn programming at this age?
