Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: Upon completion of induction, The candidate will be assigned as an operator for the vessel. As an operator of the vessel, the responsibilities and role will include the following: Monitoring of vessels' position and itinerary. Preparing and providing Voyage orders to vessels as per charterers' (clients) requirements. Prepare daily and monthly reports on assigned vessels and briefs to Operation Head. Monitor and check all reports sent by vessel for correctness. Communicate with vessels on all operational matters. Arranging Bunkers as per vessel requirement.  Communication with Owners and Charterers(clients) Agents on vessel matters. Communicate with Charterers (clients) as required under the direction of the Operations Head. Prepare vessel's performance reports upon completion. Preparation of Voyage Hire Estimate and cost calculation statements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Graduate from any discipline, preferably commerce. Good Knowledge of Statistics, Maths, and Science. Understanding the Shipping (Marine) industry will be an added advantage.
