We are currently looking for Client Servicing Manager, Software Tester, Graphic Designers and HR Associates.

Below are the job descriptions for the desired positions.

 

Client Servicing Manager

What you'll do:

• Connect closely with our team for creation of effective solutions to The Why, What and How Digital Marketing and implementation of the same to create enthusiastic and efficient marketing campaigns for existing and new clients
  
• A combination of reaching out to prospective clients, who need Digital Media Marketing as well as servicing the existing clients with zeal and energy for extension of period of service.
  
• Formulating attractive and trendy Social Media Campaigns for the clients and do research on current trends of Social Media for an effective actualization of the formulated plans for extensive reach.
  
• Analysing and monitoring the effectivity of the social media campaigns and finding newer methods of presenting the same to the clients for their understanding.
  
• Doing extensive market research and finding the problematic areas and solution to the offerings of the company. Helping in creation of meaningful content for promotion of different offers and other creative of the clients on social media handles.
  
• Developing an exhaustive content calendar on a weekly/monthly basis for our clients as well as other vital in-house projects .
  
• Providing unconditional support to our digital marketing team and helping them out in their day to day activities.
  

You will be a good fit if you have:

• Proven working experience in social media
  
• Excellent writing, editing , presentation and communication skill
  
• Fluency in English
  
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  

Software Tester

What you'll do:

• Planning new product launches and product updates, including detailed documentation of product as a precursor to product development.
  
• Managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, documenting process flows and underlying logical processes.
  
• Producing high quality product wireframes, graphic flow diagrams and prototypes.
  
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well structured test scenarios and test planning documentation.
  
• Product testing and bug reporting in a systemised manner.
  
• Communicating outcomes of product testing, making sure of quality assurance before product launch for clients.
  

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
  
• Strong Logical Reasoning skills.
  
• Good time management skills.
  
• Should be comfortable in working with teams.
  
• Knowledge of SQL (Preferred).
  
• Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst on web applications (Preferred).
  
• Knowledge of Python, R (Preferred) 
  

Graphic Designer

What you'll do:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video and GIF deliverables.
  
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
  
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
  
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
  

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
  
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
  
• Organized and can prioritize effectively
  
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively
  

HR Associate

What you'll do:

• Formulating Job Descriptions and posting the relevant profile and processing it for successful hiring.
  
• Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively.
  
• Scanning resumes, shortlisting potential candidates & setting up the first round of interviews.
  
• Managing the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  
• Assisting in the orientation and training of new recruits.
  
• Conducting employee performance review.
  
• Maintaining employee records.
  
• Handling Joining and Exit formalities of employee.
  

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• Good Communication skills
  
• Have relevant skills and interests
  
• Basic MS Excel and Word
  
• Available for full time (in-office) internship
