We at Headout, want our guests to have the best and the most seamless experience ever and want to find new ways to ensure it happens. We’re looking for 'Community operations: Associate' with the ability and passion for understanding various ways of fulfillment and building solutions along with catering to guest-centered problems that are created at the intersection of human behavior and technology. You should also be capable of working with a fast-growing passionate, young, and talented team. We love folks who have a sense of humor and know how to have fun.

The role


  1. Making sure real-time that our guests receive their final vouchers for the bookings they make on our website.

  2. To become a bridge between our supply partners and guests.

  3. Working on creating a seamless process regarding the fulfillment of the bookings we receive.

  4. Handling guest queries, problems and guiding them in the correct direction via chats, calls, and emails

  5. Ability to solve escalations from our guests and supply partners on various platforms.

  6. Ability to solve any problem internal or external to make the experience of our guests spotless/to make internal processes more efficient.


Other details


  1. Our office is open 24/7 around the week accordingly we would expect you to work around different shift timings (morning/afternoon/evening/night) on a rotational basis.

  2. Week offs are also on a rotational basis and keep changing every 2 months. 

  3. CTC offered- 4.2 LPA 

  4. Tentative joining date- September 13, 2021.
