We take turnkey responsibility - invest, design, build and operate - for the solar PV power plant in your premise, while you achieve sustainability goals and save on energy costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Continually meeting or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
  • Go the “extra mile†to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Other requirements:

  • Proven experience as outbound sales representative or in online sales
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduation Required
