One Nought One is currently hiring interns for business development and community management roles and the selected candidates may be absorbed into the organisation for a full-time role, on the basis of their performance and on successful completion of certain fixed milestones.
Facts of Internship, stipend and duration are as follows:
Duration: 3-4 months (milestones based)
Location: Delhi, if available/Online (WFH)
Stipend: Upto Rs. 5,000 (incentives extra)
The ideal candidate should be a sophomore, with business acumen and interest in building a career in Advertising, Marketing or Communications domain. A basic understanding of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Distributed Ledger Technologies would be an added advantage.
The selection process is straightforward. Interested candidates are required to complete an assignment and if selected will be shortlisted for a personal interview. On selection, each candidate will receive essential training as required by the job role.
Business Development
The Business Development Intern will be responsible for analyzing and improving sales based on the
strategies implemented by the organisation in effective outreach. With that in mind, the intern should
evaluate the reasons for losses and bring up ideas and opportunities to improve the overall process.
● Reach out to potential businesses, who need to run marketing campaigns using social media
algorithms.
● Reach out to potential creators, who can build an influencer network using social media algorithms.
● Reach out to channel partners, who can collaborate for extended reach.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and building relationships with prospective clients.
● Finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features,
and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
● Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company. Having an in-depth
knowledge of business operations and value propositions.
● Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
● Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes to the overall narrative in pitch.
● Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with team leaders or managers.
● Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients, based on their industry, sector and domain.
● Maintain effective communication with clients and address their needs effectively.
● Follow up in a timely manner to build a strong deal flow and pipeline.
Key Responsibility Areas
● Manage company CRM and keep their client database up to date.
● Prepare notes on Sales Call and assist Managers on presentations.
● Familiarise every client with the functions of the website and the software.
Qualifications and Skills
He/She/They must be a business-minded person, willing to expand his/her/their business
development experience and show readiness to leadership roles.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or
in written form. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy. Excel in client communication.
A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines.
Pursuing their bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing related fields.
Past experience in project management and/or sales will be an advantage.
Community Management Intern
Community Management Intern, is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives within an
organization. They manage an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good
content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Work alongside the team to create a marketing plan for social media platforms on a monthly basis.
Monitor content to ensure branding narrative is consistent throughout the various client accounts.
● Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which includes monthly sales
objectives and milestones. Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns.
● Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook,
Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and promote company blogs and podcasts.
● Understand social media metrics and use the information to ensure the social media strategy is apt
for achieving its goals. Use data to analyze, reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
● Responsible for developing strategy, engaging with the community on platforms such as Telegram,
managing Discord channels, creating Reddit threads and tweeting consistently on our technology.
● Suggest and implement new features to build brand awareness, with promotions and competitions.
Help in converting customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, and captivating interactions.
● Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, contemplate on such trends..
● Engage in public speaking on platforms like Clubhouse and Lehar for the benefit of organisation.
● Make outreach to influencers, for partnerships and conduct events to work on these collaborations.
Key Responsibility Areas
● Manage Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Creator Studio and other social media tools effectively.
● Manage the firm's accounts on various social media platforms and maintain their engagement rate.
● Stay alert on all marketing communications within the company to manage the brand expectation.
Qualifications and Skills
Pursuing their bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, PR or any other related field..
Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the growth marketing concepts.
Ability to deliver creative content and apt with the usage of social media platforms like Instagram.
Excellent copywriting skills and basic understanding of social media algorithms and similar tools.
Excel in verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues at work.
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Optimisation, Keyword Research.
