Internship Description for sales and marketing Interns

1.     Leads and Sales Generation.

2.     Creating Marketing Pitches. 

3.     Digital Marketing and Promotion

4.     Interacting with Potential Customers for demonstration and Presentation.

5.     Reviewing Sales Performance and Aiming to Achieve Monthly Targets.


Duration: 1 month (work from home)

Stipend: Rs. 1,000 (Target based)

Internship Description for Human Resource Interns  

1.     Design and update job descriptions.

2.     Sourcing potential candidates manually from various platforms. 

3.     Screening resumes and application forms

4.     Interviewing applicants (via phone or video)

5.     Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

6.     Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

7.     Regularly mentoring and managing the hired candidates.

8.     Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

9.     Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

 

Duration: 45days (work from home)
