Responsibilities
You will need to provide a seamless experience for all Headout guests by handling their reservations in a timely manner.
You will essentially act as a bridge between our supply partners and guests by communicating effectively.
We would love for you to take initiative to create processes that make our booking fulfillment methods more progressive.
You will need to be creative when it comes to handling escalations from our guests or supply partners.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
High attention to detail
Organized and process-driven, with an itch to improve anything sub optimal
Take ownership and responsibility in a remote environment
Ability to think long term while solving problems and not focus on immediate fixes
Additional Information
This team works 24/7 to cater to our guests all over the world. Accordingly, you will be required to work different shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, night) on a rotational basis.
Week offs are also rotational and will keep changing every 2 months.
CTC offered will be 4.2 LPA.
This is a completely remote role.
