Position : Export Documentation Executive.

Required: COP - Foreign Trade Practices and Management (FTM)

JD in detail:

 

·       Punching dimensions of cargo in the system for processing to get accurate pricing.

·       üCo-ordinating with clients for various shipment related issues

·       üReleasing certain orders to enter the container in the port

·       üKeeping Inventory status updated in system as well as corporate team

·       üRequesting for a bill of lading from customers

·       üPunching bill of lading in the system and sending to customers for verification.

·       üSending Invoices to customers after the vessel departure from port.

·       üCollecting payments and releasing bills of lading to customers.

·       üFiling manifest in the system and sending documents to destination port agents

·       üAttending and solving all the queries from the destination office regarding these shipments.

·       üIn import section sending detention invoices to customers.
