Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. 

The sales team sets the tone and manages the entire experience a client has while working with Fresh Prints. We’re responsible for generating revenue and growing existing client accounts. 

As a member of the Inside Sales Team, you’re responsible for:

  • Closing inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Growing existing client accounts.
  • Providing a superior customer experience to our clients.

You’ll learn how to manage a variety of different clients and work with student organizations as well as corporate clients. We’re looking for someone that is communicative, receptive, empathetic, ambitious, persistent, and above all, committed to your customers.

Requirements

The final year 2022 batch ALL UG, PG, COP students

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American customers
  • B2B sales experience (internship or work experience) is a big plus
  • Freshers with a flair for sales along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or Fresh Sales is preferred
  • Experience with sales engagement software like outreach.io or reply.io is preferred
  • Great interpersonal and people skills

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Base salary of $780 per month (approx. 58,000 INR per month)
  • The base pay is a draw against commission
  • You will receive a commission of 5% on your sales. Here is what you can expect to earn in commission each year
    • Year 1: $10,000
    • Year 2: $25,000
    • Year 3: $35,000
    • Year 4: $45,000
  • Health insurance

Job Location

  • We will eventually have an office in Hyderabad, India but working from the office is completely optional even if you are in India

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (i.e ~ 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Here is how the selection process works:

CTC: Rs 10 - 12 lakhs/pa (roughly 7 lakhs as fixed + sales commission)

Interview: February 7, 2022 (tentative)
