Roles & Responsibilities:
Desired profile :
- Knowledge on MS Office
- Market visit required
Design Organization Chart, Job Description, Role of Employees
Involve in the procedure of designing KRA, KPI (Performance Management) of employees
Maintain Recruitment cycle and Employee induction & Exit procedure using HRMS Software
Designing HR policies and rules under the guidance of Senior Management
Preparation of Training Calendar as per the guidelines and Training evaluation sheet.
MIS preparation for different areas in HR including statutory area.
Regarding the stipend/salary amount, we have already discussed earlier.
However a tentative stipend figure we can share which is up to 10,000/- pm (max)
depending upon the merit, stream, and whether the candidate is an intern, fresher
/with experience (up to 20,000/-).
