TechCurators is a budding start-up by IIT Delhi alumni working to understand the problems in the recruitment space and providing custom assessments and solutions. We plan to expand our client base, by launching new products and covering a wider range of assessment projects. 

About the Role:

The role includes working across teams and coordinating with the founders to know the current initiatives and start new ones. We are looking for hustlers and entrepreneurs who can join this rocketship with us and build businesses from scratch. The first phase of the project will include Market Research, Competitive Benchmarking, Analysing the gaps in the market and understanding the main points of our Target Group, and then designing a Go-to Market Strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

● To research new initiatives which we can take ahead

● Responding directly or advising on initiatives to the Founder, providing clarity of outcomes

● To ensure that the ongoing initiatives are working smoothly

● Optimizing existing-working strategies and coming up with new ones

● Work as a Consultant and strategising new and existing plans

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Joining: Immediate
