Diffr is a brainchild of Mr Mayank Sharma and Mr Mayur Umdekar, alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur alumni, who have created a collaborative process of guidance where students and their parents are both involved in discovering information about career prospects, straight from college junta who've been in their shoes and have access to the latest information about the trends in the stream.
We invite students across all streams who are willing to mentor school students and guide them in their careers.
This is a freelance paid program, where you will be paid hourly and based on the number of students you will be mentoring.
You can help us by:
i. Joining the Diffr Mentorship Program as a mentor
ii. Helping us to spread awareness on your educational stream through articles, videos and other content
iii. Sharing your story with the world on why you choose your present career stream and your dreams and future plans
