Job Title: Business Developer
Qualification: BBA in business administration or sales and marketing or relevant field.
Role
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Developers to help us expand our clientele. The BD should be able to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
1. Bid Projects on Upwork and other platforms and convert them.
2. Generate leads by constantly searching on various marketplaces and other professional networks such Linkedin etc.
3. Create proposals and submit them immediately after bidding projects.
4. Handover the project description to the technical head.
5. Follow up with clients after submitting proposals.
6. Client relationship management.
7. Plan Email campaigns, social media campaigns and prepare newsletters.
8. Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
9. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
10. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
11. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.
12. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
13. Dealing with new and existing National & International clients.
14. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
15. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
16. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
17. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
18. Understand Client requirements & handle an initial conversation with the Clients.
19. Learn various aspects related to the Information & Technology Service Industry and implement it accordingly.
20. Manage friendly & productive environment with Business Analysts, Technical Team, Project Managers.
21. Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering.
22. Prepare business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise customers.
Profile
1. Proficient in writing emails.
2. The candidates should have efficient proposal making skills
3. The candidate should be able to formulate Sales strategy with the Senior Team Lead and implement the same to generate leads & business.
4. BBA, BSc/BA in business administration or sales and marketing or relevant field
5. Should be deadline focussed and target oriented.
