Job Description- Summer Associates

About Mergen Compass: 

Mergen Compass is a management consulting firm working for both Public and Private Sector clients. We have a special interest in helping build self-reliant start-ups and start-up ecosystems. We have successfully delivered more than 60 projects across the globe in the last 4 years.

Qualification and Experience:

 2 nd and 3 rd -year undergraduates

 Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Duration:

 2 months

Key Attributes:

 Ability to comprehend data and information and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.

 Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to deliver project objectives within stipulated timelines.

 Good communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and listening skills are top prerequisites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 The work involves gathering and analyzing data and information, formulating, and testing assumptions, and developing and communicating recommendations.

 Summer Associates will also get the opportunity to present results and findings to the senior stakeholders and implement recommendations basis the project scope.

 Financial models and presentation development are generally the critical client deliverables.

 As the sectoral focus for the projects is broad, team members are exposed to a multitude of sectors and will be required to contribute to the company's knowledge base, including the preparation of white papers and thought articles.
