### Sales Coordinator
Summary of the role:
The role will entail approaching and meeting clients over a web meeting, scheduling visits of the Sales
Executives by coordinating with the clients, communicating to the Sales Executives what to pitch after
doing a need analysis of the lead and following up with the clients to receive the order. Sales
Coordinator is responsible for resolving issues with the client by coordinating with the internal team,
ensuring a smooth delivery of the order from the time of order receipt till the dispatch by monitoring
team’s progress, identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements. The role will involve
documenting MIS reports and sharing the same with the company as per requirement.
The role will report to the EA To Director and it is 6 days working. This is a Back-Office role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Need Analysis: Sales Co-Ordinator is expected to do an in-depth analysis of the clients/leads based on the
system they use, needs and preferences and then communicate what to pitch in terms of proposition
from what the company can offer to the client to add a value to the customer.
Scheduling Meetings: Sales Coordinator will be scheduling meetings for the visit of the Sales Executives
as per the availability of the client and will be maintaining the calendar of the Sales Executives. The role
shall approach and attend web meetings with leads/clients.
Client Service and Coordination : Sales Coordinator shall coordinate with Sales Executive and Client
Relationship Managers upon receiving an order for order alignment, dispatch, installation and stamping
which involves addressing objections and resolving grievances of clients and following up to receive the
order. Sales Coordinator shall keep the clients informed about unforeseen delays or problems and
monitoring team’s progress, identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements. The role shall keep
track of the discussions between the Sales Executive and the Client post meeting and ensure the
processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA/Graduation from Tier 2/3 campus with good academic record
• Proven working experience of 6 months to 2 years in sales/business coordination added advantage

### SALES EXECUTIVE
Summary of the role:
The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of the needs of the clients of different industry
verticals having weighbridges or planning to procure the same which will be assigned by the Sales
Coordinator. Based on the need analysis of the assigned client the Sales Executive will be visiting the
client with a value proposition specific to his need or requirement, pitch that and co-ordinate with the
internal team for the post visit/meet actions as per company guidelines.
The role will report to the EA To Director and it is 6 days working. This is an On-field role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Need Analysis: Sales Executive is expected to do an in-depth analysis of the clients assigned by the Sales
Coordinator based on the system they use, needs and preferences and then pitch a proposition from
what the company can offer to the client to add a value to the customer.
Client Acquisition: Sales coordinator will be providing all the details in regards to where, when and whom
to visit after the need analysis, accordingly, your calendar will be maintained by the Sales Coordinator
which will be planned as per the availability of the client. Sales Executive is expected to give the best
value proposition to the client at the meeting and post meeting co-ordinate with the internal team for
the closure which includes a follow up cycle with the client as per guidelines of the company. For new
enquiries received, the Sales Executive has to report the details as per company guidelines. No visits will
be made without informing the Sales Co-ordinator. Sales Executive is expected to do the Sales Targets as
levied by the company.
Reporting and Coordination: Soon after the visit is complete, the Sales Executive will be reporting about
the whole discussion to the sales coordinator and the company as per the company guidelines. The Sales
Coordinator can plan a visit to any city, district and country while the travelling would be re-imbursed as
per the company guidelines. If the customer has directly contacted the Sales Executive and asked to visit
their office, the same information should be communicated to the sales coordinator positively. Once the
order is received the Sales Executive shall connect the Client and the Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
over a call for order alignment, dispatch, installation and stamping.

### CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Summary of the role:
The role will be responsible for the smooth delivery for the orders along with getting the payments
made and ensuring the clients get a good service. The roll will entail selling Spare Parts along with AMCs
and Coordinating with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators for the Pre-Sales process.
The role will report to the EA To Director and it is 6 days working. This is a Back-Office role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for working with the client
as one point of contact from the time of receiving the order and upto AMC of the machine and to ensure
a smooth process which involves coordination internally and with the client with regards to the order
dispatch, payment follow-ups, installation and service providing. Client Relationship Manager will ensure
the client gets the best service and the communication is smooth between the company and the client.
Client Acquisition: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible forselling spare parts to the clients
along with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensuring the timely payment receipt targets as
levied by the company which involves rigorous follow up calling to the client as per company guidelines.
Reporting and Coordination: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) shall communicate and co-ordinate with
the client for every requirement when required, act as a bridge between the client and the internal team
to arrange the materials or information required by the client which entails drafting e-mails/letters when
required. The role involves reporting to the company and the internal team for every individual client as
per company guidelines. Once an order is received the Sales Executive shall connect the Client and the
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) over a call for order alignment, dispatch, installation and stamping.

Process Details:
- Disc Profiling (which would involve filling a questionnaire within 15 minutes)
- First telephonic round with the EA and HR.
- Video meeting or face to face meeting with the director as per their availability in Kolkata.
- Final round at the office/work where they'll get a feel of the work and would be expected to perform some of the routine tasks as mentioned in the JD. This can be done remotely as well based on the availability of the candidate.
