SkillEnable is creating a physical and digital network of institutes, NBFCs, banks, and students so that all stakeholders can simultaneously and efficiently meet their needs. We are an 11-year-old professional education company working with many Fortune 50 companies and have the backing of a diverse industry group with 30+ years of experience in various domains. We are looking to build a young professional and dynamic team to join us on an exciting journey to help bridge India's skill gap. As we are entering the booming fintech space we have targeted to grow rapidly and achieve transactions worth Rs. 100 crores in our first 18 months.
About the internship
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help candidates identify employment options that match their career interests
2. Connect candidates with the employers by facilitating interviews
3. Assist candidates in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job openings
4. Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews with prospective employers
5. Groom and inform the candidates regarding the latest requirements in the companies

Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performer adept in direct-to-consumer consultative sales. You are comfortable working with high ticket size products that require focussed nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast. You have worked in a highly competitive sales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of your team.
What will you be doing?
· Being a mentor and guide whom potential learners can look up to for career advice.
· Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and understanding how SkillEnable can catalyze their career.
· Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue target.
· Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of SkillEnable’s model of live online learning.
· Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making
phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
· Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

· Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.

· Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
· Sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what SkillEnable is offering to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
· Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
· Basic proficiency in Google Suite is required.

CTC Offered: Upto 5 LPA (fixed + performance-based incentives)
Number of positions: 8+
