Founded in 2012, Swym is a shopper engagement platform for e-commerce merchants. There are over a million ecommerce stores that run on turnkey platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento today. These platforms make it easy to get up and running quickly, but they deliver a generic shopping experience and lack advanced marketing and personalization functionality out of the box.

That’s where we come in – we make it easy for merchants to adapt the shopping experience on their websites to solve their unique challenges and workflows. They leverage our platform to make it easy for shoppers to pick up where they left off, to collaborate with others throughout their shopping journey and to deploy high performance retargeting campaigns. We are a truly global offering with over 27,000 merchants from close to 100 countries using our software.

Swym is a Techstars Seattle company (2017 class) and is now a passionate team of over twenty people. We are a fully remote company with team members in 6 locations in India and the US.

Position: Technical Support Engineer

● You love taking on challenging problems and finding creative solutions to those problems. 

● You are interested in handling customer conversations through email and chat desk, and especially in a global context (We are lucky to work with customers from 100+ countries around the world). 

● You have familiarity with HTML, CSS and consider yourself proficient with web applications and technologies. ● You are curious by nature and get excited about learning new things. 

● You are great at executing while maintaining attention to quality. 

● You consider yourself an outstanding communicator. Your command over the English language is excellent (we cater to a global audience) and you are able to put down your thoughts really well. 

● You are passionate about delivering a world-class experience and derive immense pride and satisfaction in helping people succeed.
