JD of a Junior Data Analyst

Job Role:

 Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions

 Interact with customers to understand their problems with our software and co-ordinate with the internal development team to resolve them

 Maintenance of end-users existing software and development of new software/reports

 Understanding and documentation of business processes/functions assisting in the creation of functional SOPs

Mandatory Skill Sets:

 Advanced Excel or Google Sheets

 Basic tally data entry

Optional Skill Sets:

 Basic Coding Skills

 Knowledge of any one Reporting Tool (BI / Tableau / GDS etc.)

 Prior experience in an ERP implementation company will come in handy

Qualification: B.Tech or B.Com

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

JD of a Junior Software Developer

Job Role:

 Full-stack software development

 Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts

 Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications

 Integrate software components and third-party programs

 Verify and deploy programs and systems

  Verify, deploy, troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

 Gather and evaluate user feedback

 Recommend and execute improvements

 Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Mandatory Skill Sets:

 JavaScript, HTML & CSS, API/Web services, Python

 Database (MySQL/MongoDB/NoSQL/MS-SQL)

 Experience with Database Design

 MS Excel or Google sheets

Optional skillset:

 Google App Script

 Reporting Experience in a BI tool like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc.

 Python pandas, data analysis and data migration

Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA

Experience: 0 – 2 Years
