Position: Business Development Executive

Required: The final year 2022 batch B.Com, BMS, M.Com

                 COP - MCP, MSM, CAP

Role & Responsibilities :

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new lead tie-ups. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:

● Identify the potential customer based on the company’s products and services.

● Own, manage and grow the allocated territory.

● Lead the role of business partnership.

● Lead the business Development team to onboard new partners onto our platform.

● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the lead’s requirements.

● Ensure best endeavors are taken to achieve sales KPIs every month.

● Responsible for formulating various outreach & onboarding strategies.

● Build proposals and presentations to close business deals..

● Identify new use cases and onboard new partners on the platform.

● Build and nurture all corporate relationships as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

● 1+ years experience of B2B sales.

● Strong presentation and communication skills

● Analytical mindset, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

● Well-versed with the regional languages.

● Should be able to independently meet/influence business owners.

● Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization

CTC: Rs.5/- lacs pa + variable
