Project 1 – Cyber Security

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • New security risks emerge on a regular basis, and IT security experts must keep up with the current strategies used by hackers in the field.
  • Set up and use identity and access management systems, as well as user access controls. 
  • To detect and prevent abnormal activity, keep an eye on network and application performance. 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that security procedures are in compliance. 
  • To thwart malicious hacks, use endpoint detection and prevention solutions. 
  • Set up patch management systems to automatically update software. 
  • Across all assets, on-premises and in the cloud, implement comprehensive vulnerability management solutions. 
  • Set up a common disaster recovery/business continuity plan with IT operations. 
  • Educate staff on how to spot suspicious conduct in collaboration with HR and/or team leads.
  • Cybersecurity experts are in charge of protecting IT infrastructure, edge devices, networks, and data at a high level. They are in charge of preventing data breaches as well as monitoring and responding to attacks. Many come from programming, systems or network administration, as well as math and statistics backgrounds.

 Project 2 – Business Lawyer

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • Assisting businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complicated legal difficulties. 
  • Assisting and guiding firms in building their company's structure, rules, objectives, and procedures.
  • Assuring that firms understand and follow all relevant laws and outcomes. 
  • Analysis of relevant legislation, argument building, evidence collecting, and legal representation are all part of the process of researching and resolving legal conflicts. 
  • Legal paperwork linked to business operations is drafted, reviewed, completed, and filed.
  • On behalf of the firms involved, negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements. 
  • Ascertaining that all corporate procedures, strategies, and actions adhere to all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • Multiple clients, cases, and legal actions with varied deadlines to manage. 
  • Examining and notifying the appropriate authorities of any prospective or current legal issues.

 

Project 3 – Financial Assistant

Responsibilities and Roles:-  

  • Assist with financial data entry and general bookkeeping. Check data, records, and reports for errors and verify information accuracy. 
  • Prepare receipts, vouchers, invoices, and other documents for inclusion in data sheets. 
  • Assist with financial statements and report preparation. 
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of budgets. 
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Prepare spreadsheets for data entry, such as budgeting and financial data. 
  • Follow the financial manager's instructions and report to him. 
  • Prioritize everyday chores and duties on your own. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and stay up to date on all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Attend all financial department meetings and take notes. 
  • Assist with audits as needed Follow current accounting and finance laws and regulations

Project 4 – Event Manager 

Responsibilities and Roles:- 

  • The ideal applicant for this position should have amazing organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and excellent time management skills
  • The outstanding Event Manager should strengthen client-to-business relationships, boost the organization's image, and successfully execute event objectives.
  • Brainstorming and implementing event designs and themes. 
  • Budgeting and billing are taken care of.
  • Liaising with vendors and bargaining with them. 
  • Sponsorship agreements are being negotiated. 
  • Taking care of logistics. 
  • Senior management is being updated. 
  • Managing the branding and communication of the company. 
  • Creating feedback surveys for events.
  • Permits must be obtained.
  • Taking care of post-event reports.

 

Project 5 - Cold Calling + Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description

  • Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
  • Must understand- 'what the customer requires and accordingly act on implementing and providing a relevant solution to them', in a short span of time.
  • The main objective of a telemarketer is 'to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company's customer network'.
  • Helping the company to engage in business with the clients.
  • Identifying prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.
  • Calling prospective customers by- operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies as a part of tele-marketing.
  • Completing orders by- recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling. 
  • Securing information by- 'completing database backups'.

Responsibilities

  • Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services and should also request orders for goods and products over telephone.
  • Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers, also keeping in mind that they fulfill each and every requirement of the customers.
  • The Candidate must be lucid in explaining the features of the goods or products/services, which he/she is trying to sell.
  • Should be very persuasive in order to convince the customers to buy the product, by illustrating it in such a way that it meets their needs.
  • Keep a record of every single, personal detail of the customers in their system and should also maintain all the conversations made over telephone, for future references.
  • They need to handle all the issues by/of the customer and be vigilant enough to provide a solution to them.
  • Schedule appointments so that the sales team gets in touch with the probable customers.
  • Most importantly, a telemarketer needs to follow up with the customer on what they had discussed in the last phone call.

Project 7 - Graphic Designer

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • Prepares work, to be accomplished, by 'gathering information and materials'.
  • Plans concept, by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept, by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of the concept, by submitting a rough layout for approval.
  • Prepares finished copy and art, by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
  • Prepares final layout, by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Ensures operation of equipment, by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers' instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
  • Completes project, by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc..

Project 8 - Content Writer

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
  • Write clear marketing copies, to promote our products/services.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts, using 'Content Management Systems'.
  • Proofread and edit blog posts, before publication.
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams, to illustrate articles.
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines, to increase web traffic.
  • Promote content on social media.
  • Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
  • Ensure versatile consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).

Project 9 - Business Developer

Responsibilities and Roles:-

Project 10 - Android Developer

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. 
  • Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. The candidate must have previously worked on developing any application and should have hands-on experience of that.

 

Project 11 - UI/UX Designers 

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include; 'gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.' To be successful in this role, one should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If one has a portfolio of professional design projects that includes 'work with web/mobile application', we'd like to meet them. Ultimately, one would create both functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help us grow our customer base. 

Responsibilities 

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. 
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like- menus, tabs and widgets. 
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). 
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images. 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects. 
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In Vision). 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.

 

Project 12- Web Development 

Responsibilities and Roles:-

  • Write custom HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications. 
  • Design, recommend and pitch improvements to new and existing features. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems. 
  • Update and edit website content, posts and pages. 
  • Provide technical support related to web-based systems to internal teams. 
  • Test and give feedback on new and existing technologies. 
  • Create prototypes and experiment with new technologies and features as assigned.

 

Project 13 -Logistics Manager

Responsibilities and Roles:- 

  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Manager.
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

Project 14- Backend Developer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Creating and maintaining technology at the back end of a website (the server, database, and application)

Requirements:

  • Applicants should know Python (Django will be priority)
  • Applicants should have knowledge in at least one framework in any one language, i.e., React, Node, Express (any one of the language)

Project 16- Chatbot Developer
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design conversational chatbots using state of the art technology
  • Clean / analyse data coming from bot conversation
  • Define recurring questions that can be handled automatically / defined by the client
  • Improve dialog flow to handle those recurring questions / develop new actions
  • Help with handling of multilingual support
  • Develop internal testing tools

Project 17- Sales Intern (Paid)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. To be able to provide the best telecalling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
2. Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
3. Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
4. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
5. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
