1. Sports Journalist / Content writer

Job Description:-

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

 Writing compelling content and original articles as part of the brand`s content strategy.

 Writing news articles/reports for poker-related events

 Conceptualizing and writing features regularly

 Should be able to conduct online research for the required article and present them with accurate facts.

 Should be proficient in researching on topics, finding media, and related news stories

 Conducting interviews and attending on-site tournaments to provide live coverage

 Conceptualizing short videos for distribution on the website and social media platforms

 Should be comfortable recording videos summarising the news articles and/or significant developments/gossip etc

Requirements for the profile:

 The candidate must have a proven track record of proficiency in professional / academic writing and/or creating videos

 The candidates must stay abreast with grammatical development as well as new terminologies in the required field

 Must have excellent communication, writing & grammar skills and be willing to work on tight deadlines

 An attitude for perfection. You would need to demonstrate a willingness to accept feedback with positivity

 Fact-checking and research expertise

 Must be a strong team player

 Knowledge of online gaming/poker is an advantage. If not adept with the ongoings of online gaming/poker, then candidate must be willing to learn the intricacies of the sport and industry

 Must be willing to travel to cover live tournaments

2. Social Media and Operation Associate

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

 Handling all social media accounts of the brands - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube 

 Uploading and posting videos and other creatives and optimizing them for max reach

 Research and execute industry best practices to increase brand engagement from the community

  Will play a role in implementing and monitoring SEO related tasks for the website

 Take initiative in ensuring quality checking and error-free updation of content on the site

 Should be proactive n willing to take on additional ad hoc tasks - content writing, video presenter, voice over
