Position  - Growth Intern

Full time / Internship * - Internship for three months and available full time opportunity post that depending entirely on performance

Student background - In final year of college 

JD in detail: 

You will be required to help the growth team with any 2 of the following responsibilities:

• Demand Generation - Working on the marketing campaigns across the channels such as Emails, LinkedIn, Social Media and other platforms
• Content - Working on content for Nova Benefits on Website, SEO, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other channels
• Data Operations - Working towards collating data to help with different initiatives of the growth team
• Data Analysis - Performing different forms of analysis using various tools to assess and filter data so that it can be used across teams.
• Video - Working to create video content for different platforms including social media and Youtube. This would include working on the script and editing the videos for final use.
• Events - Helping the growth team to host and market a range of events on different platforms from start to finish.
• Growth Experiments - Helping the growth team carry out new experiments in demand generation and content marketing

Stipend: Rs.15000/- pm

Joining date -   April and May Month

Recruitment process - An Intro call followed by a final round of interviews with the hiring manager
